These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NetProtector VPN application and website at netprotector-vpn.org. By downloading or using our app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NetProtector VPN, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

NetProtector VPN provides a virtual private network service that encrypts your internet connection and helps protect your online privacy. The service is available as an iOS application distributed through the Apple App Store.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use NetProtector VPN only for lawful purposes. You must not use our service to:

• Engage in any illegal activity or violate applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights of any third party
• Distribute malware, viruses, or any other malicious software
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks
• Conduct denial-of-service attacks or any form of network abuse
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or engage in phishing activities

4. Subscription and Payments

NetProtector VPN is available as a subscription-based service. All payments are processed securely through the Apple App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings.

5. No-Logs Policy

We maintain a strict no-logs policy. We do not record, monitor, or store your browsing activity, connection timestamps, IP addresses, DNS queries, or any other data related to your VPN usage. Your online activity remains private.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of NetProtector VPN — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are the exclusive property of INVICTA INVESTMENTS PLUS LTD and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

NetProtector VPN is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Your use of the service is at your sole risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, INVICTA INVESTMENTS PLUS LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to NetProtector VPN at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
